Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 379, reports as follows:
Bill No. 379, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 1508, dated
October 7, 2008, amends Ordinance No. 08-78, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending
June 30, 2009. The amendment is as follows:

3303.34 Federal Grants-HCPD Clickit or Ticket General $2,100
To:
010.201.5216.12 HCPD Clickit or Ticket General $2,100
Pursuant to Section 46-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and Section 13-13(b), Hawaii County Charter, the
Mayor is hereby authorized to apply for, receive and expend the funds for the HCPD Clickit or Ticket
program.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 379, and recommends it
pass first reading.
