We have been informed this week by your staff that the $ill identified above is to be considered by the
Planning Committee this next week on November 6, 2008. I have been unable to contact my client as yet
and I am scheduled to be on Oahu from November 5 through November 8.
Given the length of time since our last correspondence with you and my scheduled off-island trip, I am
requesting that the County Council defer action on his proposed change of zone ordinance until your next
Kona meeting in early December.
