REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON PLANNING <br /> DATE: January 21, 1997 Re: C-698' <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 2:45 p.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Bill No. 219, Draft 2, transmitted by <br /> Takashi Domingo, Chairman of the Planning Committee via Communication No. 698, dated <br /> August 31, 1995, relating to Industrial-Commercial Mixed Use Districts, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 219, Draft 2, amends Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code 1983, as <br /> amended, relating to Industrial-Commercial Mixed Use district.
