SUBJECT: Resolutions Relating to the Organization of the 2008-2010 Council Term
For your review and consideration, attached are resolutions relating to the (1) designation
of the Council Chair and Vice Chair; (2) appointment of the County Clerk; (3) adoption
of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of the Council; (4) appointment of the
Committee Chairs, Vice Chairs and members for the Committees on Finance, Planning,
Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, Human Services and Economic
Development, Public Safety and Parks and Recreation, Food and Energy Sustainability,
and Environmental Management; and (5) appointment of the Representative and
Alternate Representative to the Executive Committee of the Hawaii State Association of
Counties.
