Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 333, reports as follows:
Bill No. 333, transmitted by Finance Director Hang Takahashi, via Communication No. 1052, dated
October 21, 1998 amends Ordinance No. 98-49, as amended, the Operating Budget ending June 30, 1999,
by increasing revenues in the following amount:

Fund Balance Reserved for Replacement Fund $150,000
(3609.12) Sewer Fund
To:
Transfer to Other Funds $150,000
(5801.03) Sewer Fund
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 333 and recommends it
pass first reading.
