THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING NNE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-78, as amended, is hereby fiirther amended t
