SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT
ALIT DRIVE, FRONTING THE KONA BALI KAI RESORT
We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 4 (Pedestrians), Section
24-276, Schedule 24 (Crosswalks), paragraph (f) Kona be amended by adding new item!
ALII DRIVE IN KAILUA-KONA, EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY FEET
SOUTHEAST OF ROYAL POINCIANA DRIVE:
The need 'for this amendment is based on a request made by Councilwoman Brenda Ford
in an effort to increase the number of marked crosswalks in the area.
