Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 323, reports as follows:
BiH No. 323, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. 1036, dated
October 13, 1998, amends Ordinance No. 98-49, as amended, the Operating Budget ending June 3Q
1999. The amendment is as follows:

The aforementioned funds will be used For consultant services to assist the Planning Commission in the
review of claims 61ed in accordance with Rule No. 14 Geothermal Asset Fund, and the anticipated
payment of said claims.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 323 and recommends it
pass first reading.
