A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S).
WHEREAS, the Honoka`a Park and Sports Complex provides the only public restroom
facilities for the downtown Honoka`a area; and
WHEREAS, an ADA compliant portable restroom is currently placed at the Raleigh
Martin Pazking lot in downtown Honoka`a; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has expressed that current placing of said
portable restroom is about to expire; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works desires to have these two portable
restrooms be located at said parking lot for a period beginning on October 1, 2008 and ending on
June 30, 2009; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to
the Department of Public Works to be used towazds rental of one standard and one ADA
compliant portable restrooms at the Raleigh Martin Pazking lot; now; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $2,880
CREDITED TO:
010.171.5171.22 Department of Public Works $2,880

l3E IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Cierk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Public Works and Director of Finance and that the Director of
finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers~in accordance with the terms of this
resolution.
