Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bi11 No. 318, reports as follows:
Bill No. 318, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. ] 031, dated
October 13, 1998, amends Ordinance No. 98-50, as amended, the Capital Budget ending June 30, 1999,
by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS
Alenaio Stream Flood Control 110-299-5292.14-115 $150,000
Fund for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund, Fund Balance and/or other Sources $150,000
Funds are necessary to conduct a ground survey to furnish topographic data to the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers to determine changes to the Special Flood Hazard Area along the Alenaio Stream.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 318 and recommends it
pass first reading.
