As a follow up to our original request to the County Council dated May 30, 2008 we aze sending out
this reminder that the Solid Waste Division and consultant CH2MHil1 be allowed to present to the
Environmental Management Committee their monthly progress report on the update of the
Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan. The next meeting which we would like to be included on
the agenda is December 16th in Kona and is highlighted below.

Waste Advisory Committee and which will be shazed at public, community meetings throughout the
duration of the project.
