A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO
A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, the Pazks and Recreation Department is holding a Jimmy Yagi Basketball
Clinic at the Kekuaokalani Gym on Saturday, December 13, 2008; and
WHEREAS, this youth basketball camp will be free of charge for the benefit of boys
and girls ages 9 - 14; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to
the Department of Pazks and Recreation to be used towazds the Jimmy Yagi Basketball Clinic
at the Kailua Gym; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

APPROPRIATION: $500
OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $500
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $500
Recreation Division OCE
(Jimmy Yagi Basketball Clinic)
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forwazd a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Pazks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director
of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
