Dear Council Member,
Please keep the Hawaii Council meetings open and transparent. The language of the proposal below is
suspicious. Open discussion with controlled time is sufficient to cover most subjects and if it takes more time then
so be it. Government is of, by and for the people ...let's keep it that way.
"Prohibiting Council Members from asking questions during the public comment portion of the meeting." This is
not acceptable.
