Jay,
I know a lot of time is used up during these Q&A however much needed clarification to the testimony
is presented. Please don't eliminate the Q&A process it has meaning. Instead try to contain Council
Members that abuse this process...
Congrats on become the Council Chairperson. And thank you for supporting Bill 361.
