My concerns: 1. Leave the 4 minute time-frame for testimony. When citi.~eiYS~takethe'Ltme
to come to testify they deserve 4 minutes of your time.
2. Leave council questioning at the time of testifying but put a reasonable limit on it.
To put questioning to the end is a disservice to those present and the pursuit of truth.

PS The Kurtistown Park still looks like a county yard. There are beautification and safety
issues that need to be address this term not next term. Mahalo for your attention.
