No. 955/Bill No. 283 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> <br /> TIME: 11:00 A.M. <br /> <br /> Chair and Members <br /> <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 283, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 283, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. 955, <br /> dated August 19, 1998, amends Ordinance No. 98-50, as amended, the Capital Budget ending <br /> June 30, 1999 as follows: <br /> TO: <br /> South Hilo District $16,779.72 <br /> FROM: <br /> Fund Balance -Fuel Tax 94-96 Account [2271.25] Capital Projects Fund $16,779.72 <br /> The purpose of this ordinance is to reappropriate the lapsed 1994-96 fuel tax district <br /> appropriations.
