June 30, 1999, as follows:

The County of Hawaii entered into Grant Agreement No. 98-14: Kamehameha Avenue Corridor
Landscaping project on July 20, 1998, with the State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural
Resources Division of Forestry and Wildlife for the planting of 50 rainbow shower trees.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 282 and
recommends it pass first reading.
