No. 925/Bill No. 274 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:35 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 274, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 274, transmitted by Finance Director Hany Takahashi, via Communication No. 925, <br /> dated July 16, 1998, amends Ordinance No. 98-50, relating to public improvements and <br /> financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 1998, to June 30, 1999, by adding the following <br /> project: <br /> PUBL[C WORKS <br /> Hoomana Road/Malanai Road/Spring Street Drainage (110-399-5391.03-I 15) <br /> Funds for this project shall be provided from: <br /> 2236.02 Unalloted Appropriation Fuel Tax Increase 94-96 Account of the Capital Projects <br /> Fund <br /> The purpose of this bill is to add the Hoomana Road/Malanai Road/Spring Street Drainage <br /> Improvement project to the list of Engineering Division Projects, South Hilo Fuel Tax District as <br /> specified in Ordinance No. 97-134. Work will include construction of new drywells and <br /> <br /> modification of an existing drywell. <br /> A second draft of Bill No. 274 was submitted to correct a typographical error.
