THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING.IUNE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`1:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-78, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating and decreasing
revenues in the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.
