Re: Transmitting Bill 322, Draft 2, As Amended, Relating to an Ordinance Which Amends
Section 25-8-3 (North Kona Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the
Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition)
Attached is Bill 322, Draft 2, as approved at the December 16, 2008 meeting of the Planning
Committee. The amendment added terms to existing Condition "H", relating to the creation'ol an
additional alternative egress/ingress route for the proposed subdivision.
