I support the confirmation of William "fakaba as Managing Director for the County of
Hawaii.
I have had the privilege of working with William Takaba in his many roles in the County
of llawaii and most recently as the Finance Director under Ma;ror Harry Kim. I have
always found Mr. Takaba to be professional, cordial and fair in his relationship with enr
otlice. His extensive experience in the County's financial condition is importartt to have
in this difficult time.
