i AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 08-78, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING NNE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-78, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

3308.30 Federal Grants - State Homeland Security Program FY08 General $ 1,077,180
3308.31 Federal Grants - Citizen Corps Program FY08 18,281
Total $ 1,095,461
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to
the following fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:
