No. 782 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:45 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 782, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 782, transmitted by Finance Committee Chair Aazon Chung, dated <br /> Mazch 31, 1998, states that the Committee is in the process of purging outdated measures and <br /> requests the file closure of several deferred items. In particular, Bill No. 67, Draft 2, transmitted <br /> by Council Member Keola Childs, via Communication No. 284, which proposed to amend <br /> Chapter 15, Article 2, Section 15-19, Hawaii County Code, relating to the use of audio devices <br /> in certain parks from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. <br /> This measure was referred from Council back to the Finance Committee on July 5, 1995, for <br /> further discussion.
