SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 29-09, Draft 2 for a Vote By Mail Pilot Program in
Hawaii County.
Attached please find Resolution No. 29-09 Draft 2 for a Vote By Mail Pilot Program in Hawaii
County. This draft contains the amendments that were duly approved by the Council, pursuant
to Communication No. 61.1, during its meeting on January 7, 2009.
The amendments added language regarding feasibility in the "Be It Resolved by the Council of
the County of Hawai`i;" and deleted "Exhibit A" and inserted "Exhibit A-1" in the "Be It Finally
Resolved" clauses.
