<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />...--~ <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4 8 97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOTS WITHIN SUNSET <br />RIDGE AT WAIKOLOA, PHASE 2, INCREMENT 2, UNIT 1, FROM TRI OF <br />WAIKOLOA, INC., TAX MAP KEY (3)6-8-02:036(PORTION), TO THE COUNTY <br />OF HAWAII. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TRI of Waikoloa, Inc., a Hawaii corporation, is the <br /> <br />developer of Sunset Ridge at Waikoloa, Phase 2, Increment 2, <br /> <br />Unit 1, and the owner of those certain roadway lots located in <br /> <br />Waikoloa, South Kohala, Hawaii, specifically identified as Tax <br /> <br />Map Key (3)6-8-02:036(Por.), being more particularly described in <br /> <br />Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit 5, both of which are attached . <br /> <br />hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TRI of Waikoloa, Inc. has constructed all <br /> <br />subdivision improvements .as required for final subdivision <br /> <br />approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TRI of Waikoloa, Inc. has received approval from <br /> <br />the County of Hawaii's Department of Public Works, Department of <br />Water Supply and the Planning Department for the improvements <br />made to the subject properties, and are desirous of dedicating <br />the subject parcels to the County of Hawaii for road and drainage <br /> <br />purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject road and drainage improvements have <br />been completed according to County of Hawaii standards and are in <br /> <br />acceptable condition for dedication; and <br />
