<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.----5..O.-.9..t <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IBM SERIES III, <br />MODEL 60, COPYING MACHINE, SERIAL NO. 10105234, FROM HAWAIIAN <br />DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, has donated <br /> <br />an IBM Series III, Model 60, copying machine to the Hawaii County <br /> <br />Fire Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hawaii County Fire Department desires to locate <br /> <br />this copier in the Kona Fire Prevention office for use by its Kona <br /> <br />personnel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County <br /> <br />Charter, provides that the Council, on behalf of the County, may <br /> <br />accept gifts of donations of money, securities or other personal <br /> <br />property or of real estate or any interest in real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br /> <br />OF HAWAII, that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of <br /> <br />the Hawaii County Charter, the County of Hawaii is authorized to <br /> <br />accept the donation of an IBM Series III, Model 60, copying <br /> <br />machine, serial no. 10105234, from Hawaiian Dredging Construction <br /> <br />Company. <br />
