<br />. . <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 0 0 ~ 97 <br />(DRAFT 2) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IBM SERIES III, <br />MODEL 60, COPYING MACHINE, SERIAL NO. 10105234, FROM HAWAIIAN <br />DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, has <br /> <br />donated an IBM Series III; Model 60, copying machine to the Hawaii County Fire <br /> <br />Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the value of this donation is TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED <br /> <br />AND NOI100 DOLLARS ($2500); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hawaii County Fire Department desires to locate this copier in <br /> <br />the Kona Fire Prevention office for use by its Kona personnel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, provides <br /> <br />that the Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts of donations of money, <br /> <br />securities or other personal property or of real estate or any interest in real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII, that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 ofthe <br /> <br />Hawaii County Charter, the County of Hawaii is authorized to accept the donation of an <br /> <br />IBM Series III, Model 60, copying machine, Serial No. 10105234, from Hawaiian <br /> <br />Dredging Construction Company. <br />
