<br />.'-". <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5 S 97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOTS WITHIN W.H. <br />SHIPMAN MUTUAL SELF-HELP SUBDIVISION, FROM HAWAII ISLAND <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, TAX MAP KEY (3)1-6-142:077, TO <br />THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hawaii Island Community Development Corporation, a <br />Hawaii corporation, is the developer of the W.H. Shipman. Mutual <br />Self-Help Subdivision, an~ the owner of those certain roadway <br />lots located in Keaau, Puna, Hawaii, specifically identified as <br /> <br />Tax Map Key (3)1-6-142:077, being more particularly described in <br />Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B, both of which are attached <br /> <br />hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hawaii Island Community Development Corporation has <br /> <br />constructed all subdivision improvements as required for final <br /> <br />subdivision approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hawaii Island Community Development Corporation has <br /> <br />received approval from the County of Hawaii's Department of <br /> <br />Public Works, Department of Water Supply and the Planning <br /> <br />Department for the improvements made to the subject properties, <br /> <br />and are desirous of dedicating the subject parcels to the County <br /> <br />of Hawaii for road and drainage purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject road and drainage improvements have <br /> <br />been completed according to County of Hawaii standards and are in <br /> <br />acceptable condition for dedication; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 23-10 of the Hawaii County Code requires <br /> <br />that the acceptance of such road and drainage improvements be in <br /> <br />compliance with Chapter 23 of the subdivision code; and <br />
