Please find attached Resolution No. 826-08, Draft 2, as approved by the council during its meeting on
January 23, 2009. The amendments to Resolution No. 826-08, as requested by the county clerk, are
contained within Communication No. 91 and pertain to non-substantive corrections of manifest
typographical errors, formatting protocols, and clarification on certain issues.
