SUBJECT: Applicants for the Legislative Auditor Position
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(2), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, I would like to
request that the Council hold an executive meeting to consider the hire of an officer or
employee.
The purpose of this executive session is to evaluate nine (9) applicants that have
submitted resumes for the position of Legislative Auditor. I humbly request that this
process be placed on the February 4, 2009, Council meeting agenda.
