Pursuant to HRS 1-28.5, notice is hereby given that a public hearing of the County Council's Committee on Finance will be held to hear public testimony regarding Resolution 551-08 (Comm 1062), which authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal year for amulti-year contract for aWaste-To-Energy facility as an alternative method of disposing Solid Waste handled by the Hilo Landfill.
