Pursuant to HRS 1-28.5, notice is hereby given that a public hearing of the County Council's Committee on Finance
will be held to hear public testimony regarding Resolution 551-08 (Comm 1062), which authorizes the payment of
funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal year for amulti-year contract for aWaste-To-Energy facility
as an alternative method of disposing Solid Waste handled by the Hilo Landfill.
The meeting place is accessible for persons with disabilities Persons who need special accommodations for this meeting
