Please pass Resolution 29-09 today and give our Hawaii County the
opportunity to increase our voter participation as Oregon and
Colorado have done.
The terms of Resolution 29-09 are all a great lift up for our Hawaii
County Voters as the Voters would have the opportunity to research
the various parts of the Ballot and have more confidence in the
truthful handling of their ballots by the County of Hawaii.
All of the provisions contained in the Oregon Pamphlet attached to
Resolution 29-09 are definitely well thought through and are
welcome additions to our Voting Procedures.
