To All Council Members:
WE WANT VOTE BY MAIL
Please pass Resolution 29-09 today as the terms of this Resolution
definitely give our County of Hawaii the opportunity to increase
voter participation as is proven in all of the Counties of Oregon, 10%
to 20 % increase there. 37 of the 39 counties of Colorado have also
seen such increase in voter participation.
This Resolution incouraging the State of Hawaii to pass a Bill into
Law, an Act, would give us here in the County of Hawaii a breath of
freash air in that the checks and blaances would decrease the
percieved and or actual voter fraud which concerns many of the
people of our County of Hawaii.
