Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 25-09, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 25-09, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 54,
dated December 17, 2008, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and more than one fiscal
year for a muti-year lease of real property for the Prosecuting Attorney's Kona office.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 25-09, and
recommends its adoption.
