RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION OF A JOHNSON PACIFIC SAFE,
11137619, 32" WIDE X 32" HIGH X 26" DEEP, FROM FIRST HAWAIIAN BANK.
WHEREAS, Fi~st Hawaiian Bank of Honolulu, whose Coo~dinato~ is Bob Shi~oma,
has donated a Johnson Pacific Safe, #137619, 32" wide x 32" high x 26" deep, to the
Hawaii Police Depa~tment; and
WHEREAS, the ~etai1 value of the safe is th~ee hund~ed do11a~s and no cents
($300.00); and
WHEREAS, A~tic1e XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Cha~te~ p~ovides
that the Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts o~ donations o~ pe~sonal
p~ope~ty;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that in
acco~dance with A~ticle XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Cha~te~, the Hawaii
Police Depa~tment is autho~ized to accept the donation of a Johnson Pacific safe,
#131619, 32" wide x 32" high x 26" deep, f~om Fi~st Hawaii Bank of Honolulu.
