THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENllING JUNE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COGNCII. OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION I. Ordinance No. 08-78, as amended, is hereby fwther amended by increasing revenues' in the
