<br />'W' <br />. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I <br />.. <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />138 97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INCREASING TIME ELEMENT FOR CLERK-TYPIST <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 57-95 created Position No. 3853, Clerk- <br />Typist 1/2T in the Recreation Division of the Department of Parks & <br />Recreation, to assist the Recreation Administrator with the summer fun <br />program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the majority of the clerical duties is being done by the <br />half-time Clerk-Typist; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, with five (5) district supervisors and the summer fun <br />program, it is difficult to maintain the regular output of production with <br />only a half-time clerical worker; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the summer fun program is a year round program in <br />terms of planning, paperwork, and organization; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by increasing the time element of the Clerk-Typist <br />1/2T to full time, the clerical work of the Recreation Division should <br />flow easier and faster; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, funds are available in the Regular Salaries and Wages <br />Account of the Recreation Division. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII that the time element of Position No. 3853, Clerk- <br />Typist 1/2T, SR-08, be increased to full time. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESO~VED that funds are available in the <br />Regular Salaries & Wages Account of the Recreation Division, <br />Department of Parks & Recreation. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be <br />transmitted to the Departments of Parks & Recreation, Finance and <br />Civil Service. <br />
