Bill No. 152, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. 538,
dated October 9, 1997, amends Ordinance 97-82, as amended, the Capital Budget, ending June
30, 1998, by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS
Mamalahoa Highway Improvements (Kamamalu Street to Lindsey Road) $3,370,611.66

Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $3,370,611.66
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 152 and
recommends it pass first reading.
