SUBJECT:TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT
KUAKINI HIGHWAY, MAKALA BOULEVARD INTERSECTION
PROPOSED STOP INTERSECTION, ALL APPROACHES
We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2, Moving
Vehicles, Section 24-264, Schedule 12 (Stop intersections), paragraph (f) Kona be
amended by adding new item:
KUAKINI HIGHWAY/MAKALA BOULEVARD INTERSECTION, ALL
APPROACHES.
The amendment is necessary to update the Hawaii County Code.
We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendments.
