RESOLUTION NO. SO Q3
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 776-08, RELATING TO
TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A llESIGNATED
FUND ACCOUNT(S).
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 776-08 transferred $3,000 from Council District 7
Contingency Relief funds to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for the Kona Family YMCA;
and
WHEREAS, the Kona Family YMCA program is part of the Island of Hawaii YMCA
organization; and
WHEREAS, the Island of Hawaii YMCA is anon-profit organization and will be able
to receive the funds, and oversee the operations of the Kona Family YMCA program; and
WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney has requested the organization title
change, and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to
the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for the Island of Hawaii YMCA for the Kona Family
YMCF, program; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
Contingency Relief funds from Resolution No. 776-08, which authorized the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney to transfer funds to the Island of Hawaii YMCA for the Kona Family
YMCA program; and

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVEll that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Prosecuting Attorney and the Director of Finance and that the Director of
Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this
resolution.
