C/S Geo Asset Fund $ 25,000 <br /> 225-141-5145.02-341 Geothermal Asset Prog Misc. Charges Geo Asset Fund 178 500 <br /> $203,500 <br /> The Planning Department, by Ordinance Nos. 95-62 and 95-74, and in accordance with Rule 14 of the Planning <br /> Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, requests to utilize funds from the Geothermal Asset Fund to 1) <br /> supplement the consultant services contract to assist the Planning Commission in the review of claims and 2) for <br /> payment of claims to people found to be adversely affected by activities authorized or unauthorized by Geothermal <br /> Resource Permit No. 2, and to authorize payment for community approved geothermal impact mitigation projects <br /> <br /> within the Puna District. <br /> <br /> Members of Your Committee were concerned about allegations of pentane leaking from the geothermal plant and the <br /> actual area impacted under the Geothermal Relocation Program.
