This amendment eliminates a reference to the property appraisal requirements for community facilities districts that is inconsistent with other sections of the Chapter. Previously, Ordinance 07-146 amended Chapter 32, Section 32-18 and 32-57 to shift the time of, and to strengthen the appraised value requirement for community facilities district bonds. However, a similar reference in Section 32-24 was overlooked at that time and needs to be amended to keep the requirements consistent.
