Goodenow, County Clerk <br />FROM: J Yoshimoto, Council Chair ~~/ <br />DATE: February 5, 2009 <br />SUBJECT: Interviews for the Legislative Auditor Position <br />Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(2), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, I would like to <br />request that the Council hold an executive meeting to consider the hire of an officer or <br />employee. <br />The purpose of this executive session is to conduct individual interviews of the top <br />candidates for the position of Legislative Auditor. Notice is also given that the Council <br />may deliberate towards a decision and may vote to select an applicant for hire following <br />executive session. <br />I humbly request that this process be placed on the February 19, 2009, Council meeting <br />agenda. <br />JY/dwe <br />Comm.
