Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended,
an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session is requested to consult with the
County Council on questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities
and liabilities regarding the above referenced cases.
Special Counsel for the above-referenced cases, attorneys from the law firm of Ayabe,
Chong, Nishimoto, Sia & Nakamura, will be present.
We ask that the above referenced cases be placed on the County Council's agenda for
February 19, 2009, in Kona.
