(Res. 53-09): VEHICLE FOR THE HAWAII FIRE DEPARTMENT (a new 2008 Toyota Tacoma
Crew Cab, 4-door 4-wheel drive pickup truck, for the Waiakea Fire Rescue Station,
donated by the Daniel R. Sayre Memorial Foundation; total value of $28,856.02)

Comm. 131: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 32, ARTICLE 2, SECTION 32-24 OF
(Bi1129) THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED)
RELATING TO COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICTS (pertains to the waiver of
notice and hearing by petition, eliminates a reference to the property appraisal
requirements for community facilities districts that is inconsistent with other sections
of Chapter 32)
