Bill NO. 133, transmitted by Finance Director Hazry Takahashi, via Communication No. 473,
dated September 2, 1997, amends Ordinance 97-82, the Capital Budget, as amended, ending
June 30, 1998, by reappropriating the following lapsed project:
PUBLIC WORKS
West Hawaii Drywell Improvements $100,000

Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Fund Balance-Capital Projects Fund and/or Other Sources $100,000
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 133 and
recommends it pass first reading.
