Sayre Memorial Foundation; total value of $28,856.02) From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated January 30, 2009, transmitting the above resolution. Comm. 131: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 32, ARTICLE 2, SECTION 32-24 OF (Bill 29) THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED) RELATING TO COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICTS (pertains to the waiver of notice and hearing by petition, eliminates a reference to the property appraisal requirements for community facilities districts that is inconsistent with other sections of Chapter 32) From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated February 4, 2009, transmitting the above bill.
