Comm. 123: AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING TMK (3) 4-8-004:006 AS THE "WAIPIO (Bill 28) COMMUNITY PARK," PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 8, SECTION 15-67 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED); AND AMENDING CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 8, SECTION 15-68.1 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), TO ADD THE "WAIPIO COMMUNITY PARK" TO THE PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES SCHEDULE From Councilmember Dominic Yagong, dated January 30, 2009, transmitting the above bill.
