Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 141, reports as follows:
Bill No. 141, transmitted by Finance Director Hazry Takahashi, via Communication No. 490,
dated September 8, 1997, amends Ordinance 97-82, the Capital Budget, as amended, ending
June 30, 1998, by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS
Replacement of Oshiro Bridge, Kalopa/Aliipali Bridge, and Kaumoali Bridge $2,000,000
110-399-5399.66.115
Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $2,000,000
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 141 and
recommends it pass first reading.
