<br />.. <br /> <br />~ . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 194, 97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOT AND GRANT OF <br />EASEMENT WITIllN THE W AIAKEA HEIGHTS SUBDMSION, FORMERLY KNOWN <br />AS AINAWAIWAI SUBDIVISION, FROM SUNS TONE REALTY PARTNERS LLC, TAX <br />MAP KEY (3)2-4-37:074, TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sunstone Realty Partners LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company, is the <br /> <br />developer of the Waiakea Heights Subdivision, formerly known as Ainawaiwai Subdivision, and <br /> <br />the owner of that certain roadway lot located in Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, specifically <br /> <br />identified as Tax Map Key (3)2-4-37:074, being more particularly described in Exhibit A and <br /> <br />delineated on Exhibit B attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sunstone Realty Partners LLC has constructed all subdivision <br /> <br />improvements as required for final subdivision approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sunstone Realty Partners LLC has received approval from the County of <br /> <br />Hawaii's Department of Public Works, Department of Water Supply and the Planning <br /> <br />Department for the improvements made to the subject property, and are desirous of dedicating <br /> <br />the subject parcel to the County of Hawaii for road and drainage purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject road and drainage improvements have been completed according <br /> <br />to County of Hawaii standards and are in acceptable condition for dedication; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 23-10 of the Hawaii County Code requires that the acceptance of <br /> <br />such road and drainage improvements be in compliance with Chapter 23 of the subdivision code; <br /> <br />and <br />
